Agitated by 3 off - 2 bladed pitched paddles 12" wide x 4'-11" dia angled at 60 degrees to the horizontal mounted on a 2" dia. shaft supported in a footstep bearing. Drive is  by a 1.5KW Electropower ESR2 geared motor with a final output speed of 25 RPM.
Water jacket is 1 1/2" thick.An internal vertical spiral coil from 2" NB has 5 coils on  5'-6" PCD.
giving a surface area of 54 sq. ft.
