Vertical Jacketed Mixing Vessel

1 off - USED 285 gallon (1295 litre) nominal capacity vertical cylindrical stainless steel dimple jacketed mixing vessel measuring 3'-6" I/D x 4'-7" straight shell height plus 6 1/2" deep dished bottom & bolt on flat top. Supported on 4 off - 4" x 2" channel legs. Fitted with 4 off - 4" x 3/8" baffles. The mixer is supported on a 5" x 2 1/2" channel section bridge. Agitation is by a 6 blade radial flow turbine - 12" dia . fabricated from 3 1/2" x 3/16" section flat bar.
A suitable geared motor of approx. 1.5 KW @ 290 rpm would be provided.
CONNECTIONS (All flanged unless stated)
SHELL : 1 x 2"
1 x 1 1/2"
BOTTOM : 1 x 4"
JACKET : 3 laps of 8 3/4" x 1/2" dimple jacket to shell.
FULL CAPACITY : 304 gallons (1380 L)
