1 off - USED 275 gallon (1250 litre) nominal capacity vertical cylindrical stainless steel mixing vessel measuring 3'-11" I/D x 4'-0" shell height plus 5" deep conical bottom and a bolt on flat top.  The top of the shell is stiffened with a 2 1/2" square mild steel curb angle.  The vessel is free standing on 3 off - 6" x 3" channel legs giving 14" clearance under cone.
Agitation is by a 1.5 HP Brook motor flange mounted to an Electropower model ESRV2 vertical output gearbox of 36 RPM, final output speed coupled to a 1 1/2" dia shaft fitted with 2 off - 2 bladed pitched paddles : Bottom blade 2'-11" dia profiled to angle.                                                      Top blade 3'-0" dia x 5" wide x 1/4" thick.
The shaft is supported with a bottom footstep bearing.
A 1/2" NB direct steam injection coil of 3'-9" PCD is located at the bottom of the shell.
