Unused Giusti Jacketed Mixing Vessel

1 off - Unused 506 gal (2300 litres) Unused T. Giusti & Son Ltd 2,300L stainless steel jacketed mixer/disperser approximately 1230mm dia x 1250mm on shell with 250mm top shell and 650mm bottom shell giving 2,300 litre total volume (2,000 litre working volume).
Vessel is tested to 2.6 Bar (1.7Bar WP). Stainless steel jacket to base and shell tested to 6 Bar (3Bar WP).
Unit has dished bolt-on top with gearbox housing for counter rotating scraper/agitator driven by a SEW Eurodrive motor.
Unit rests on a mild steel frame with a 2320mm square footprint
Fluid dispersal aided by the 3000rpm bottom dish mounted bespoke high shear fitting. Vessel has fittings for a second high shear element, also sited in the bottom dish to minimise residue buildup and creating vortices to aid even mixing.
