1 off -Used 220 gallon. 1,000 ltrs. nominal capacity, stainless steel jacketed, scrapped wall mixing vessel measuring 1,095 mm. internal diameter x 1,255 mm. straight shell height, with a flat top & a 150 mm. deep conical bottom, with a radiused corner between the shell & cone junction . Agitation is provided from a Lenze 2.2 KW geared motor,  with final output speed of 18 rpm, driving a 75 mm. dia. shaft, located in a bottom footstep bearing,  with the anchor agitator constructed from 60 mm. square box section, fitted with 3 off nylon scrapper blades on the LHS & 2 off on the RHS. 2 off blades scrap the conical bottom.

A dimple jacket is fitted to a height of 720 mm. of the shell with the shell & cone insulated & clad in polished stainless.

Vessel is free standing on 6 off - 6" O/D tubular legs giving a clearance of 300 mm. under the bottom outlet.

Complete with control panel.

Previously used by British Sugar PLC on a food product.

Top inlets - 1 x 1 1/2", 2 x 2" & 1 x 3" RJT male. 1 x 1/3 rd. hinged lid.

Bottom outlet - 1 x 2" RJT male.
