1 off - Used 280 gal (1,270 litres) stainless steel jacketed mixing vessel, manufactured by Charles Wait Process Plant Ltd, measuring 1,065 mm. internal diameter x 1,260mm. straight shell height, plus 230 mm deep top dished end, and approx 310 mm. deep conical bottom. Anchor agitation is provided by a 50 mm. diameter central shaft with vertical profiled angled blades, sweeping in close proximity to the vessel walls. Attached to the shaft are 4 off - paddles radiused downwards on extension bars. A fixed baffle plate is suspended from the top of the shell. 

Fully ground and polished internally, of HYGIENIC construction and suitable for FOOD USE.
