Giusti Jacketed Mixing Vessel

1 off - Used 440 gal (2,000 litres) stainless steel Giusti jacketed mixing vessel measuring 1500 mm. diameter x 2,390mm. overall height. The vessel has 2 off - 1/3rd hinged lids.
Agitation is provided by a contra rotating mixer unit with scrape surface anchor blades and inclined pitch mixing blades. Mixer is driven by a 5.5/6.3 KW. 1450/1750 RPM ABB motor. Gearbox type 200.
Supported on 4 off - Support mounts.
Heating jacket on shell and hemispherical base. Insulated and clad in fully welded stainless steel.
Duty:
Jacket Hyd Test - 1.85 bar.
Connections:
Top:
1 x 1 1/2" ISS (F) spray inlet.
2 x 1 1/2" ISS (F) inlet.
1 x 2" hole.
1 x 2 1/2" hole.
Bottom:
2 x 1 1/4" flange outlet.
1 x Temperature probe.
1 x 5" Pad.
1 x 7 1/2" Pad.
Jacket:
1 x 1" BSP socket.
2 x 1 1/4" BSP nipple.
