Steam/Electric Outflow Heater

1 off - Used approx. 7 Sq.Ft steam/electric outflow heater measuring 18 1/2" O/D x 6'-6" long, from bolting flange face to end of tube.
Steam side has 2 off - 1" NB hairpin coils, i.e. 4 off - runs x 6'-3" long plus 3 off - 180 deg return bends.
Electric side is approx. 6kw? @ 415 volt, 3phase? (which needs to be ascertained). Heating elements are contained within a tube of approx. 2" O/D x 4'-10" long.
