4 bladed pitched paddle. Shaft length is 1,693 mm. from the underside of the mild steel flange mounting stator support bars, to the top of the mixer head assembly. Total depth of the mixer head & stator assembly is 104 mm. Thus the total length of the stainless mixer is 1,797 mm. from the underside of the flange mounting stator support bars. The drive coupling guard is 250 mm. deep from the flange to the underside of the motor flange & the motor measures 520 mm. Total height of the agitator is 2,567 mm.

A vertically adjustable baffle plate is located immediately above the mixer, which can be lifted manually away from the mixer head to create sufficient surface turbulence to draw powders down from the liquid surface. When in its lowest position, against the mixer head, the product is directed through the stator holes & the powerful shearing effect creates a homogenised product.
